Commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in collaboration with Luxembourg Collection, the project brought together 24 carefully curated creations by Luxembourgish artisans, designers, and local producers — from gourmet delicacies and honey to handcrafted soaps, accessories, and decorative objects.
Inspired by the idea of cultivating growth while celebrating national identity, Lea Schroeder Studio developed the calendar's signature visual universe, translating Luxembourg's heritage and contemporary creative spirit into a distinctive, sophisticated design. Moving beyond traditional Christmas imagery, the artistic direction embraced a modern, playful yet refined aesthetic, conceived for an international audience.
The original artwork was adapted across the calendar's packaging and 24 individual gift boxes by Mikado agency. Lea Schroeder also contributed two exclusive creations to the collection: the 4 signature advent candles and a silk neck scarf.
More than a festive gift, the calendar became a celebration of Luxembourg's creative talents and a cultural ambassador in its own right.
